Hi, I am Olivia, happy to have you here!
I am currently a Junior at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. I’m usually juggling my academics, job, freelance work, and sewing projects, but that’s how I like it to be. I am expected to graduate in the Spring of 2023, and want to have a career in a creative field, because that is when I am happiest.
While the above information is important to know, there is a lot more to me.
I am a self taught seamstress, and prefer to always have a project underway. I have made heirloom quilts, clothing, and delicate embroidery.
I have an unusually strong bond with my family. With one older brother, Jack, and my sister-in-law, Ava, I have the best siblings anyone could ask for. They are my mentors and guides in all things career and soul related.
I adore all animals, but most of all, I love dogs. I’ve always had dogs growing up, and they’ve been a great comfort through all of my health difficulties.
With my time at college, I’ve grown immensely. With my newfound independence, I became more comfortable with being vulnerable with others, and not seeing it as a weakness in myself. I’ve learned how to listen and how to ask for help. I’ve learned how to work faster and live slower. I have also grown into my own being, and no longer feel as if my wheelchair is the cover of my identity.
